"The hotel was in an ideal location. Within walking distance to the main shopping areas of the City and right next to a Metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and very polite. "

"The hotel is in the city center surrounding numerous eating and shopping stores, and closes to transportations and tourist attractions. There are all private rooms, clean and comfort, with more than needed bathrooms/showers, kitchens and washing machines."

"A lovely brand new hotel, excellent facilities and a very friendly staff, about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. Excellent comfortable rooms and ensuite. Air conditioning, amazing comfortable beds. Basic, but a decent selection of excellent food, good selection for breakfast (buffet style), and well worth the €11. A ten minute walk to nearest shops and restaurants and 20 minutes to Valdebebas train station which is the Renfe (NOT the metro) which costs €3.40 for 2 people single fare to the main tourist centre Sol ( with one change at Chamartin) Although no tea and coffee facilities in the room, tea and coffee readily available from the bar or restaurant. Overall an excellent hotel in a very clean quiet area. "

"arrived early from US to Madrid - 10:30am. Was able to work in the comfortable lounge space between the reception desk and the bar/resturant in HRC Hotel from 10:30 to 1:30 (check in time was 3pm but they were able to get me a room by 1:30). VERY nice place and well maintained... "
