"Staff is not very friendly, we would pass them and say hi or smile and they would just ignore us. They provide free airport shuttle, once we arrived at lobby at time specified we were told to wait at lobby , they would call me and gave me a ticket. They were calling a shuttle for us. We put our luggage by front door and walked into the lobby store for less than 5 minutes and went back to the front door with our luggage. 10 minutes later the receptionst approaches us and tells us the shuttle left without us. I asked why, she said I did not see you, I said my luggage is here and I was right there in the store. She said yes I know, sorry and walked away. We had to find our own way to airport. From the 6 hotels we stayed at during our vacation, this was the worst one. "
