You can walk to the amazing Alcazar (castle) in 5 minutes in one direction, and via the main shopping/restaurant street to the spectacular Roman aqueduct in 10 minutes in the other direction. Very warmly recommended as a base for exploring this fascinating city."

"Beautiful Hotel"

"The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is relatively easy to access, and the parking is very convenient downstairs from the lobby level. Everything had been thought of. There was cold water available in the lobby. The reception staff noted (from my passport) that my birthday would occur during our stay and remembered to wish me a happy birthday on the day! There were glasses in the bedroom and also the bathroom. There were plenty of electrical outlets, and the wifi was easy. The view from the front room with balcony could not be beat, looking directly on the convent church. In short we were delighted with our 3-day stay in every way."

"Quite possibly the best room with a view anywhere in Europe. The hotel is right beside the cathedral and the views are amazing if you upgrade to a "vista" room. The hotel feels historic. Yea, it's slightly dated but it's comfortable, everything works and the staff are absolutely lovely. Would definitely stay here again "

"Alba went above and beyond to help us out. She saved our holiday and I cannot speak highly enough of her or indeed the rest of the staff at this hotel. Would recommend to any traveller. On a separate note, don’t park in el Corte inglés on a bank holiday or if you have an early start! "
