"We loved the location right on Payne Lake which is swimable. The view of the lake and mountains in Waterton was spectacular and we loved sitting out on the deck in the evening. We rented the upper half of the house. Just be aware that sound does travel from the bottom house rental to the upper house rental. The soundproofing of the floor is pretty good in the bedrooms but the door that can be opened between units does not stop noise transfer. The owner of the property was excellent and worked...

"This is one of those vacation homes that you never want to leave! The view of the lake and surrounding mountains is incredible and peaceful. The home itself was comfortable and open.
