"Staff at the front desk was friendly. One in particular offered us some good restaurant recommendations, which we took full advantage of as we were first timers to Columbia. The hotel was in a perfect location, clean, and quiet. The rooftop area looked lovely though we didn't have time to take advantage of it, but if we travel that way again, we'll be sure to do so. "

"Room was clean when we got there. Staff at the front desk were awesome. Those working the breakfast and snacks lines were great at keeping things stocked up. Only complaint I would have is that the one day we wanted our room cleaned when we were gone, the housekeepers only gave us new towels and took out the trash. They didn’t change sheets or make up the rest of the room, but had no problem taking the tip I had left them. "
