"Yala Safari Camping is such an incredible & unique experience. The tents are so nice, the staff is beyond incredible. I stayed as a solo female traveler back in December and I felt so safe and taken care of. They help coordinate two safaris for me during my stay. The wifi wasn’t working while I was there so they gave me a hotspot to borrow while I was staying so I could keep up with work calls and emails. "

The girl at the front desk is nice but she is over worked; she cooks, cleans, wait tables and acts as thr receptionist too. The room was not ready at 3:30. The owner does not have much understanding about working with Expedia.com. He spoke to me rudely on phone and I do not think he and his staff are properly trained in hotel buisness. It was a mess at the checkout time and they insisted...
