"We didn't end up staying because the property closed early and couldn't check us in. It was advertised as closing at 9 PM but on the day of the reservation, with 2 minutes of warning, the property told us they were closed at 8. We got there at 8:30 and no one was around, so we were stranded. We ended up getting another hotel that night, and the property refused to grant any partial refund (under the no-show clause) despite violating the conditions of the booking."

"The location is not prime if you are focused on the DuPont/port area. we picked it for having parking garage, balcony, extra room and a small pleasant courtyard. It was a good choice for those reasons. There is a street market 2 blocks away, multiple grocery stores as well are close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pictures show a bit better than actual. I would stay again, and the price was reasonable for the place. "

"Very basic room with bed, shower, sink, shelf and bedside table. But, a massive sports event during my stay meant any available alternative hotel accommodation prices extremely expensive. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and my decision to simply get on with the accommodation was readily taken and did not spoil my stay - I also recognised that fellow travellers at the hotel were equally polite and respectful."

"As in most places in the south of France, very few people have any knowledge of English. If you can't speak French, then anticipate some eyeroll and comments. It was a roll of the dice as to whether somebody knew English at the front desk. But c'est la vie, there's some outstanding sites to see in Marseille. And this hotel is great, with a really good breakfast. "

"I stayed in Marseille for one night and in Paris for 6. I wish I could go back and flip these times just for the hotel alone! This hotel was spacious and clean. The amenities are awesome. Stove, utensils, pots and pans, and microwave are all provided. There's also a towel warmer in the bathroom which was a great perk. There was a working elevator, air conditioning, and beautiful views out the window. Friendly and helpful staff too. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Very basic property with all-white, but large, room - no decoration of any kind. Everything works quite well and the staff is pleasant and supportive. The breakfast is very good for the price: egg boiler; lightest ever croissants, otherwise basic stuff. Best advantage is proximity to the train station. Balcony is nice, but only a tree to see. "
