"Beautiful old chateau. Very comfy beds.
No one around when we arrived. Had to wander the grounds looking for someone to check us in. We were offered a soft drink when the lady finally arrived. Never met the owners during our two days stay. We presumed they must be on holiday. Previous reviews were not the same as our experience. "

"A fantastic couple of days and nights were spent at Chateau Vary. The property is glorious, the amenities are fabulous, the hospitality from the lovely owners was fantastic. Breakfast and dinner was beautiful.
Definitely recommend and definitely coming back. "

"Nous Ă©tions 6 adultes et le gĂźte est remarquable de praticitĂ© (parking, terrain, maison vaste, 2 sdb/wc). On aurait juste un petit bĂ©mol sur la vaisselle, calculĂ©e au plus juste et qui manque un peu de coupelles, poĂȘles/casseroles si on aime cuisiner et prĂ©parer sans faire de lave-vaisselle Ă chaque repas. Audrey Ă©tait trĂšs rĂ©active et nous avons passĂ© un super moment au gĂźte tout en dĂ©couvrant Angers Ă Ă peine 15/20 mn câĂ©tait idĂ©al. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. "

"A beautiful property tucked away in a quiet village location. A warm welcome from the host Stanislas was much appreciated. The house is stylish with a charming mixture of modernity and traditional. It is well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
It is well located with a supermarket being only a 5 minute drive away and of course so well situated for visiting all the wonderful chateaux in the area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone...

"The host was wonderful, really helpful, booking a restaurant for us, and checking that we had what we needed. The kitchen is fine but is a galley and cramped for more than two people at a time. Facilities there are OK and all the basics are there. House was clean and well equipped and the beds were comfortable "

"A beautiful house; we stayed in rooms that were grand in scale but also cosy and welcoming. The interiors and garden are wonderfully presented. The garden is a sublime haven enclosed within the walled courtyard.
Stanislas is a fabulous host and breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended."
