"No fridge, linen was dirty, towels are very old and cannot even dry the body, no toilet paper, amenities needed topping up, hair on the floor, place not vacummed, smelly room as no windows. Would not recommend this hotel at all.."

After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. "The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. "Arrive 13:20, can't be checked in until exactly 1400...5 fl NO ROOM AVAILABLE?? Terrible!! DON'T DISTURB SIGN ON because the door key was inserted, removing the key, sign off!! "Hard to find the location. Not all know the hotel. I was lucky the trishaw owner knew the hotel. Surrounding is so dim at night but area main road many restaurants and interesting places. You need to take grabbike or else. Do not forget bring along "suitable international charger". The receiption gave his charger to me and I returned it after check out.thank you, unique house.
