"Great room, away from the airport's hustle without leaving it, with one issue though: A/C... it was set at 16,5°C when i went to the room, absolutely not eco-friendly, especially when i switched it off and 6h later the room temperature was only 21°C. Please set the A/C at a normal temperature. Bed is comfy and the room has all the amenities Breakfast was good Staff is nice, but some information was conflicting (ex: at check-in, the receptionist told me that breakfast would be take away only but at check-out, another receptionist told me that i can have breakfast at the restaurant, no need to take away)"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent food in the restaurant and in room dining as well. Lot of activities to choose from. I wish we could borrow a stroller they didn’t have this option. "

"Everything was as I knew it when it was a Holiday Inn. All was fine except that one of the elevators was shaking slightly as it went up to the 14th floor in a way that didn't suggest anything major that need maintenance.. but it did aim to show its age. in addition to the fact that those who would use the gym had to climb to it from the 16th floor via the (non-air conditioned) stairs."

"Really great stay at the Crowne Plaza. Staff were really friendly, they upgraded us and also gave us a welcome birthday cake as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Very nice room, comfortable stay and breakfast was extensive and very tasty. Will stay again! "

"This was the most gorgeous hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, from the front desk throughout the entire property, were super helpful! It was an enormous place and easy to get lost in, but it was also extremely comfortable and luxurious. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit next!"
