The hotel is very clean and the staff were excellent. My only issue is that the walls are very thin and you hear the neighbour's, especially if they are being loud. The air conditioning was also stuck on cold so when i arrived into the room it was 16DegC, despite the setpoint being 22DegC. I couldn't be bothered to go to reception to change rooms so i simply turned it off and the room gradually warmed up.

Hotel is in the airport so after long flight from Bali we got to sleep in a clean comfortable bed then shower and get ready for the long flight back to the U.S. The staff was wonderful, check in and check out was super easy! Best idea … every big airport should have a attached hotel!
