As a family-operated rental, we personally manage the property, ensuring you receive attentive, personalized service throughout your stay.
Guests proceed directly to the unit using their assigned door code and may check in any time after 4 PM on the day of arrival, with no set deadline.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean, and had everything we needed for my family. The place was close to everywhere we wanted to go in Destin. It was so nice to have access to multiple pools on the facility and direct beach access. We would recommend to any one or any family. The host was phenomenal and even helped us navigate an item that we left. We are appreciative of his help and staff at the resort. We hope to come back in the future !

We had a great time

The condo was so clean and just like the pictures when we arrived. It was in a great location and had security walking around 24/7 so I felt very safe. Tufan communicated with me wonderfully and made this such an easy check in/ out. Would definitely stay again!

Pelican beach resort is great.

Great communication, location and amenities. Only complaint would be how long it constantly took to use the elevators. Sometimes waiting for 15 minutes during check in and check out times.

Convenience of property

A beautiful view of the ocean. Very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Condo very clean and appropriate for four people and could sleep two more if using couch. Kitchen is well supplied with all items necessary if you plan to cook. Enjoyed time there except for the cold weather., not a time for the beach.

Great Location

We had a wonderful trip to Destin. The condo was just as described. Unit was not “Facing Ocean” but the ocean view from side was gorgeous. Unit was clean and furnishings comfortable. Lamps a little wobbly. Don’t forget to check the spare bedroom closet for beach goodies! Great location for dining out and shopping.

Great stay - exactly as advertised

We had a great stay while on our spring break week. Even though it was spring break week, the tower was not overcrowded. The owners were great to work with. They provide plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. They placed a credit card hold for a deposit (as outlined during the booking process) and it was promptly released. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed). A generous supply of startup items were provided - paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, bath soaps, etc. There was a great supply of beach chairs and boogie boards on the patio, which was a nice plus. Overall a great experience and I would rent it again.
