Ocean Front Destin Condo, Newly Redecorated

Location is everything! Sterling Sands unit 112 is located DIRECTLY on the beach and is GULF facing- no roads to cross to reach the beach! The heated, outdoor pool and hot tub are also gulf front. Sterling Sands is one of the area's least crowded beach fronts. A private fitness center for guests and barbecue area are also located beachfront on the property. Beach equipment rental is available on-site through Sun, Sand, and Sea Beach Services.

*Beginning in 2026, the HOA has banned owner hosts from purchasing seasonal beach chair and umbrella set-up for our guests. Guests will still be able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the on-site vendor. Please note that as of 3/1/2022, personal umbrellas and canopies are not allowed on Sterling Sands' beach.

Sterling Sands is located in the heart of Destin within walking distance of The Back Porch Restaurant, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Go-cart Park, etc. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store, and ice cream/yogurt.

Unit 112 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer and dryer, and spacious living room with patio overlooking the ocean. You'll enjoy breathtaking views of the sandy, white beach and emerald waters of the Gulf.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has a full size bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room is a queen. The master bathroom has been updated with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Flat screen tvs are in both bedrooms and in the living room.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We use a door access code so there is no hassle with keeping up with keys. Free wifi is included with your stay. Beach Service is available to rent chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddle boards.

We welcome you to our condominium to spend your vacation in paradise on the sugary, white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Destin coast.

Note: The Sterling Sands Condo Association charges a $15 per person, per stay User Fee for each guest that is 5 years of age and older. Guests may pre-pay this fee or pay directly to the Condo Association at the on-site office upon check-in. This fee covers a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and wristbands to access amenities. A link to pre-pay the User Fee will be included with your Welcome Letter which will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to your check-in date.

We had such a great time! The condo was clean and spacious. The view was wonderful! Easy assess to the beach/pool. We had our 4 month old son with us and it was so nice being so close to the beach. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely recommend this property to others looking to stay in Destin.

Amazing stay!

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely condo and had an amazing time! The views are breathtaking!! The shower pressure in the master was awesome!! I wouldn’t change a thing, Rebekah was quick to respond and very friendly! Highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic stay

Really enjoyed my stay at sterling sands. The condo is beautiful and clean, very easy parking, nice pool, and great beach access. We were able to walk to dinner and ice cream. Overall great experience if i return to Destin this condo will be on top of my list.

Good week in Destin!!

The property was a wonderful location. The beach was a very short walk from the condo. Close to the Destin Commons and The Outlets if that is an interest to you. We had a great week and was sad to have it end.

Don't hesitate!

Perfect location for anything you would want to do in Destin or surrounding areas. The beach and pool area are well maintained and clean. We appreciated the security to into the pool area and back from the beach. Loved our time in the condo!

If you are looking for a condo on the beautiful white sandy beach in Destin, then don’t hesitate to stay here! The view is spectacular- the kitchen is very well stocked and having a washer/dryer was great. Check-in was very easy and communication with the owner was wonderful - very responsive! Great for two couples or a small family!

Highly recommend to stay here. Location was great. Very clean. Nice balcony views and easily accessible. Hot tub and pool was great. Access to the beach is so close. Beach chairs and umbrella setup everyday and waiting. Many stores with walking distance and Walmart right up the road.

Perfect location and Beachfront Condo

We loved our stay at Rebekah’s condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes that we needed. We loved the washer and dryer in the unit as well. The location in proximity to beach and pool was perfect. We loved the umbrella and beach chair setup! This place was such a convenient and central location to all Destin had to offer, and we can’t wait for our next trip!

It is very clean, nicely decorated, great view and great location to many stores, restaurants, activities, etc. The host was very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. AMAZINGGGG

This was everything we wanted and more. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is super nice, clean and has a lot of amenities. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s super close to everything you want to see or do. The pool and hot tub were also great. Our favorite part was how easy and close it is to access the beach. You just walk right out onto the beach. We loved having coffee outside watching and listening to the waves. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Destin. The host was also VERY responsive to all my questions. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect beach getaway!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The condo is beautifully decorated, and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for cooking, as well as plenty of dishes and silverware. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The view from the balcony is perfect, so was able to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Easy access to the beach and pool. Had to contact the owner with a question and she responded immediately. Will be returning!

Clean, well equipped, comfortable, perfect location to the beach, nice fitness room. Can’t think of a place with a better ocean view. Awesome stay. If any complaint it would be no local cable in the 2 nd bedroom - just Roku so couldn’t watch late night local news or talk shows in that room. Certainly not a reason not to love this place. Coming back soon 😎

Great beachfront views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The ocean view is fabulous! The unit is fresh and clean, with very nice furnishings. Although the second bedroom is small, we still felt like we had enough room for our family of 4 adults. We don’t spend much time in the room anyway. We appreciated the free beach setup. I would definitely consider staying in this unit again.

We stayed for a week in April 2024. The process was very smooth and Rebekah was great to deal with. Communication from the beginning to the end was top notch. The room was amazing, very clean, and the view was what is in the pictures. Sterling Sands is a great resort to stay at. Pool and hot tub were always clean and pool was warm. Beach was unbelievable and the chairs and umbrellas made a difference on the beach. We would definitely stay again at this unit. Can’t talk enough about how awesome it was.

Destin 2023 Vacay

This location is the best! Check-in was super convenient. We arrived late in the evening and all we had to do was go straight to the condo. We had easy access to the pool and beach. The beach service was very convenient as well. Love that they allow guests two free chairs/umbrella. The condo itself was very clean and cozy and well equipped with towels, dishes, pots/pans, etc. Smart tv’s in living room and both bedrooms!! Rebekah was very helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to go again!!
