Cabana Club is a four-story low-density, low-rise condominium, which means no crowded beaches. This second floor beachfront unit features a private balcony for enjoying your morning coffee, romantic evening sunsets and dolphin watching. The property includes a BBQ grilling area. No pool on property, but the sugar white sand and emerald clear Gulf of Mexico is just steps away for swimming. . Enjoy the soft sugar white sand beach and emerald waters just steps from the condo! It is located right ON THE BEACH!

Conveniently located within minutes to popular Destin shopping attractions like Destin Commons and Silver Sands outlet. Also, some of Destin’s finest restaurants like Camille’s and Crab Trap are just a short drive away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year staying with the Cabana Club in this particular condo and we absolutely love everything about it! Our contact Carolyn has always been very quick to answer questions or resolve a problem, our air went out and she had it fixed within the hour. We love coming to the Cabana Club and Destin and look forward to it every year. The only complaint bee had this year were some noisy tenants in the condo above us but we didn't say anything.

Reviewer Comments: Positive - Great view of crystal clear Gulf, couple hundred steps to beautiful beach, clean throughout, comfy bed, excellent shower, convenient washer and dryer, close to Publix and restaurants. Room for improvement- gate to beach didn’t work correctly and general public took advantage to gain access to and leave beach.; proximity to crowded public beaches meant lots of spillover that wasn’t monitored making it feel less private and exclusive. Had to reset breaker several times ... seemed related to microwave and/or coffee maker.

Amazing!!

What an amazing stay we had! The location is AMAZING! The beach was not crowded at all. The condo was clean and updated beautifully and laid out perfect for us and our kids. The only things that were a tiny issue were the parking lot is very difficult to get in and out, but there is extra parking across the street. Also the internet was not great, but they did work on it nonstop until it was fixed. No complaints here! We loved it and will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect

The condo was completely perfect for our six-person girls trip to the beach. All communication was speedy and clear, as was check in. The condo itself was immaculate and the bathroom set up (two half-baths that both connect to a large shower room) couldn't have been any better. All the beds (we used the sofa and the daybed and the trundle) were comfy with plentiful linens. The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance we needed. Being able to just walk downstairs and out to a beautiful, uncrowded beach was well, JUST PERFECT! 10/10 stars, would absolutely love to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, clean, newly renovated condo right on the white sands of the beautiful emerald coast. Quiet, comfortable, and secure.Only suggestions would be to address the poor lighting in the bathrooms- burned out bulbs and update lighting from CFL's to LED. Upholstery in living room (sofa and throw pillows) may need cleaning / refreshing as there was an odor. Was impressed with the cleanliness overall though.

Perfect location, great condo

We stayed at this condo in mid August and had a pretty wonderful stay overall. Loved the location, the size of the complex, the ease of getting up to the condo as well as out to the beach. It was the perfect size for my husband and I and exactly as advertised. Check in and out were seamless and easy. The king mattress was very comfy, and being seniors, we consider that a top priority. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, and the smaller size of the complex provided for a more private beach experience. We really appreciated having great beach stuff to use, including umbrellas with stands, chairs, scoop nets and buckets. The decor was really nice, cable tv & WiFi easy to navigate. I agree with many past reviews that the sofa is quite uncomfortable. Other than that, the whole place was nice and clean except for the lint filter in the dryer which looked like an issue waiting to happen. The property manager was responsive and extremely helpful when the power went out on our last night there, offering to refund that night for the inconvenience - we did not even have to ask. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return .

Disappointed

WE loved the place at first glance. However, the couch was a disaster(should have been replaced long ago) The lamps were broken, didnt list Nurtabullet was included ( so I bought one and brought it unnecessarily), we were required to start a load of laundry when we left but we were not supplied any laundry detergent. There was not even salt and pepper as a minimum in the kitchen. Called the property manager about a broken iron that I need replaced and she never even had the courtesy to calll me back. We would not consider staying here again or recommending this particular unit if nothing changes.

The only reason I’m giving it 4stars is because throughout our stay, we couldn’t sit on the patio to enjoy our morning coffee or sometimes lunch because someone at another unit next door stunk up the patio area air with weed! Inconsiderate! Hopefully when we come back to the condo in the future that we wouldn’t have that experience.

Sisters getaway

Everything was great! The only negative thing I found was the mattress needed to be updated. Best condo on the beach, not crowded and close to everything you need, plus the view is spectacular. Have stayed here a couple times, and will probably be back

Paradise found

I went to room 207 with my girlfriend and came back engaged to her! The view is amazing. White sand , emerald water that turns clear when you enter it. We went in April and the beach had plenty of room, not crowded at all, very private. The bbq was convenient and in good order. Overall we were pleased with our stay and the access to the beach. We plan on returning in the future!

Relaxing

I am so glad I found this place for our trip. My husband and I loved our balcony. The view was amazing. We seen dolphins our last morning there while drinking coffee on the balcony. We loved walking the beach and checking out the local shops and restaurants. Close enough to Destin boardwalk which I would recommend. We loved it and will definitely be back. The condo was perfect for us. Literally feet from the beach.

Very pleasant experience.

The condo was clean, well furnished, and had beautiful views from the lanai. The beach and gulf where literally just footsteps away. We will most certainly be back.
