Fabulous large open kitchen. Master bedroom features king size bed, flat screen cable TV/DVD, blackout drapes. Master suite bathroom bathtub shower combo single vanity.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, 2 twin convertible chairs, & flat screen cable TV.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Good location..

Here is the good stuff.. beach service.. beach... location. The beds are comfy,living room and kitchen are nice. Bad stuff... no dresser in 2nd bedroom.. no closet doors.. and boxes of planking in the closet. All the doors had stains and it was kinda gross. Not sure why planking surrounded showers... not enough hot water surrounded the showers

Destin Trip

Overall the property was good. The place was clean and stocked ok. It did have a musky smell that we believe was coming from the carpet in bedrooms. Master bath could use some updating. The shower head is too large and numerous times water was spraying everywhere unless you turn it directly towards the wall. Definitely could use some fresh paint in bathrooms, doors and cabinets. But overall it was good. Our largest complaint was the elevators at the property. One did not work and the one that did was extremely slow. Had to take the stairs several times. This isnt the owners fault and hopefully not a normal thing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased with how spacious the unit was. The view was great, it was quiet, and the wait for the elevator was very reasonable. Loved that the beach was not crowded. Walls and woodwork were in need of paint. The lint screen in the dryer had a large hole in it which allowed lint to build up causing a potential fire hazard. We pulled a substantial amount of lint from the front of the dryer. Also the dryer vent outside was dislodged so dryer lint blew all over the outside walkway. Kitchen appliances were not in the best shape, especially the microwave. Furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating. At check-in the pillowcases on the bed in the master had numerous black streaks on them - appeared to be grease - which didn't wash out. We ended up buying pillows and pillowcases for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Traffic is a challenge, but having stayed in Destin twice previously we knew what to expect. Overall enjoyed our stay. When our guests had a change in travel plans the management company allowed us to stay another day, which was very much appreciated.
