5BR Retreat w/ Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Pool Table

***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***

** Pool Heating **
Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The price is $100/day. We need at least 72-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 48 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.

We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.

Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.

Family fun

We needed a meeting point for our family and this was perfect. The house is big with many activities to keep everyone entertained. The backyard was perfect as was the weather. While some played pool, others swam in the pool or relaxed in the hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. Will book again if the opportunity come up.

I'm coming back!

Next time I return to Palm Springs, this will be the first place I try and stay. Between the pool and the hot tub and the decorations and room to roam, I'm officially a Desert Hot Springs convert.

5 bedrooms on one level, big tv with lots of bonus channels, 2 large tables to dine, sit or game play, one inside and one outside. Parking for 2 cars garage and 2 cars driveway. Additional fees to heat pool & jacuzzi

Just ok

The property was not exactly as advertised on Vrbo. The backyard definitely needed up keep and maintenance. One of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms had ants all weekend. Some of us woke up with ants on our bed. The home is an average home. The area was not the best. The price for that house in that area didn’t match. I believe the home was overpriced.

Tennis tourney stay

You can tell more about a place when something goes a little wrong, which inevitably happens. For some reason our code didn’t work on the door lock. Richelle and the others were easy to contact and treated it like an urgent situation and worked everything out pronto. Checked up on us during our stay. Beautiful well equipped house!
