  • Overlooking Lake Garda, the Delizioso Residence Vista Lago apartment (step-free interiors) in Desenzano del Garda is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 70 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Included amenities: fast Wi-Fi, workspace, TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. Families with children will find a travel cot, high chair, and children’s tableware at no extra charge. Enjoy a private covered terrace with a gate for child safety.



    Just ten meters from one of five pools (1.48 m deep), with a shallow area for kids. Pools comply with current regulations but are not supervised. Shared outdoor area with garden and shower. Close to the beach, public transport, tennis court (15 min walk), and Desenzano Port (7 min by car, 3.1 km) with ferries on the lake.



    One double bedroom and a kids’ room with 3 single beds (bunk bed + pull-out bed, 2 m). Free street parking. Private garage suitable for a standard car next to a van; not suitable for two large cars side by side. Also usable for motorbikes and bicycles (please remove racks before entering). Two pool loungers in the garage. Garage is lockable.



    A small welcome awaits: coffee, rusks, jams, oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, and fresh water. All included, with no extra charges.



    Rules: no pets, no smoking, no parties. Minimum age 18; minors must be accompanied by adults for check-in and stay. Check-in: 15:00–18:00. Late check-in available for an extra fee, to be arranged in advance. For arrivals after 20:30, please contact the host via the booking platform to check availability.

Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement op een zeer goede locatie!

Pros: Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst door de host, appartement was superschoon, van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals: een wasmachine, vaatwasser, schone handdoeken en een kinderbedje en kinderbestek voor ons zoontje van 1.5 jaar. Ideaal is het zwembad naast het appartement en de ligging vlakbij het Gardameer, leuke plaatsjes en meerdere supermarkten op loopafstand. De host gaf ons tussendoor een tip voor een groot evenement, heel bedachtzaam van haar. Auto kun je veilig parkeren in de ondergrondse, veilige garage. We zouden hier zeker nog eens terugkomen! Cons: Geen minpunten :-)

Pros: Appartamento molto bello fronte piscina. Proprietario moto attento e disponibile. Casa moto pulita e dotata di tutto quanto possa servire per un piacevole soggiorno. Posizione comoda al lago.

Eccellente!

Pros: Siamo stati accolti da gentilissimi proprietari in un delizioso residence circondato da un bellissimo parco, silenzioso, confortevole e con una grande piscina a disposizione. Punto strategico per chi vuole visitare il lago di Garda e dintorni, ma anche per chi vuole come noi passare del tempo sulle dolomiti. Con 2 ore riesci a raggiungere ad esempio la Val di Fassa. Inoltre a 10 minuti c'è Sirmione con il suo fantastico castello e altro da vedere. Cons: Fondamentalmente nulla è andato storto, la casa era perfetta pulita e confortevole in tutto. Un dettaglio, che non è una nota negativa, è la presenza del clima solo nella sala e nella camera da letto matrimoniale. Nella camera dei ragazzi non è presente. Ma comunque non è stato un problema perche gli ambienti si mantenevano freschi tenendo le porte aperte del corridoio.
