Enjoy our cozy home that is conveniently located within minutes of Downtown (10 min), Drake University (3 min), Wells Fargo Events Center (9 min), and Principle Park (11 min).

The apt has many amenities including self check-in, SmartTV, kitchen essentials/cookware, bathroom necessities, and free parking. The building is a triplex with VERY quiet neighbors.

Bringing a fur baby? We love pets! Respectfully make sure paws are wiped, fur is clean and they are kept off of all furniture.

Very disappointed

There was construction equipment blocking the driveway had to park a block down the whole trip. Big storage container in the front lawn, grass was a foot tall front and back, window in bedroom was broke( the glass). Light in the living room was not working. Someone can in while I was not there and threw all the things on the ground ( paper towel, microwave, ) they taped around the sink and painted the counter leaving the tape in the sink . I really didn’t like someone coming in there when I didn’t know about it! Window sills had bugs and was dirty . TV was I’m possible to figure out, the back of the couch doesn’t latch and falls backwards and is uncomfortable to say the least. I contacted the owner he did get back with me for a couple questions but never heard back I tried contacting again but with no luck !
