The check in process was very frustrating, I booked and prepaid for my Expedia booking, but upon arrival was told there was likely no room based on giving rooms to Wyndham members first. This was very frustrating.

I reserved and paid for room in early a.m. and drove 12 hours to get there. Got there and they had aold out of the room type and forced me to pay more for different type of room. Took over an hour to check in. Nothing in website said there was also an extra pet fee and they charged me extra for that on top of more for the room. I won't book thru Expedia again as I had no idea these things could happen once i booked and paid for a hotel room.

Area did not feel very safe. Staff told us they had already tried to put someone in our room that night but they had switched due to it being too cold. The heat must have been broken because we froze all night. We got in at 11 pm and were too tired to ask to switch.
