The rooms were in very poor condition. The main light didn’t work for the 3 days I stayed there. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. There were cockroaches everywhere. The room was full of flies. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay in derby.

Room was disgusting, had cockroach and mouse droppings in the corners of the room. The door frame was falling apart and on the second day when we opened the door, a piece of the door frame fell down on us.
