"Friendly staff, room upgraded. Very tough steak fir dinner and apparently the hotel didn’t possess any mustard at all - must be tricky for the chefs!"

"Internet was good, lived the smart tv access, aircon didn't work but wasn't a major issue, there is a huge shell petrol station that has a waitrose inside, also a subway and a coffee shop on the same complex, overall hotel is decent and fit for purpose it's modern and clean, if you want luxury go else where, if you just want a cheap clean no frill stay this is the place I'd give it a solid 7.5 out of 10. "

"So much hair on my bed , checked in and there was piss in the toilet and on the seat , they moved me to another room so staff was great but then this next room had loads of random hair all over the bed "

"Rooms are very very dated and ours smelt nasty! No net curtains all way round bay window and over looked a roundabout. No rubber on shower screen so water went all over the bathroom. Definitely not 4 star! Breakfast was good & meet and greet member of staff very jolly. Pool looked good too but didn’t use. "

"Nice hotel in beautiful grounds. Overall enjoyed it but some parts in need of modenisation"
