"First room window didn’t have a handle attached so you couldn’t close and lock the window. I raised at reception and fortunately they were able to move me to another room. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. There’s plenty of parking around the back of the hotel and it’s free for hotel guests. Food left on service counter and not bought out to tables. Breakfast was much more efficient. May have been a bad evening but no real apologies offered. Average budget stay hotel. "
