Only downside was the lift was out off order and it was my wife staying and she has health problems which made it a bit hard fir her to get to her room but apart from that she said she will use the Hitel again. "We were booked for an overnight stay to enable a early morning start in Nottingham. This hotel used to be a favourite but has now become to corporate. £8 to park overnight for one night while a guest of the hotel is just a hidden charge that should be included in the room rate. Reception staff and manager showed appalling service. Redeeming factor was an excellent breakfast."
