The room has all the facilities you expect from a 'home from home'. Each room has a modern bathroom with cubicle shower, full kitchen facilities, a dining table, TV and plenty of storage for all your clothes!

We have a very comfortable bed with hotel linen and both duck down and faux pillows for anyone with allergies. Full size and hand towels are also provided for your convenience.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a kettle, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and crockery. We also provide cooking oil and salt and pepper to get you started with your cooking.

The bathrooms are all equipped with excellent showers with hot water direct from the boiler (not electric showers!) and enough toilet paper to make sure you don't run out! We also provide two sets of boutique shower gel and hair products for the full 'hotel experience'.

The property is a large Victorian era property that has been newly converted into studio apartments. It was once a huge house and has a very impressive prescence with the stone columns at the entrance. The building is set back off the road and fronted by mature trees which helps keep the noise to a minimum. We have had shift workers stay who have commented how quiet it is during the day!

The room is accessed via the main entrance then has its own individual entrance off the main corridor

The only shared space is the laundry room which is accessible by all guests

Great city centre loaction with a supermarket 100 metres away! The property is set back off the road so is very quiet

There is a bus stop a few metres away from the property and Derby train station is only a 5 minute drive
