Cathedral Quarter Hotel - Derby
Really lovely building with friendly helpful staff and excellent value for money. With a deep clean (particularly in the bathroom) and some renovation to bits of tired infrastructure (chipped furniture, old carpet), this could be really excellent and well worth twice the current price.

We have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family and are always so impressed by the friendly helpful staff at reception. The hotel is always very clean and the rooms are large with an enormous bed! Breakfast is excellent too.
