We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of TWO SEPARATE homes, located 0.7 miles apart. Make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.

Whether you’re sharing meals outdoors or unwinding in the comfort of an open living space, these two homes just minutes from Denver are designed for connection and ease.
Sleeping arrangements
Together, the two homes accommodate up to 16+ guests with 10 bedrooms and 11 beds. Home 1, known as the Modern Cowboy Cottage, includes five bedrooms with four king beds and one queen bed, along with two bathrooms. Home 2, a Spacious Family-Friendly Retreat, features five bedrooms with four king beds, one queen bed, and a twin, as well as three full bathrooms. Both homes are prepared with soft linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for restful nights.
Outdoor living
Each home offers inviting spaces to spend time under the Colorado sky. Adirondack chairs and fire tables create a cozy setting for evenings together, while patios with grills and outdoor dining areas invite long summer meals. The fenced yard and covered patio at Home 2 provide a safe spot for kids or pets to play while adults relax. Outdoor furniture, yard games, and barbecue utensils add to the sense of gathering and fun.
Indoor comfort and entertainment
Inside, open-plan living areas with plush sofas and Smart TVs set the stage for movie nights or relaxed conversation. Fully stocked kitchens with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and cooking basics make it easy to prepare meals for a group. Dining tables in both homes provide plenty of room for shared meals or a quiet morning coffee. For indoor fun, game rooms feature foosball, darts, giant Connect 4, and a collection of board games suited to every age.
Kitchen & dining
Both kitchens are equipped with essentials, including refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and dining tables. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with dishes and silverware. Guests will also find barbecue utensils for outdoor cooking and fresh coffee ready to enjoy.
Family- and pet-friendly touches
Families traveling with little ones can take advantage of the pack ’n play, high chair, and babysitter recommendations. Board games are provided for shared play, and pets are welcome too, with a fenced yard at Home 2 giving them a secure place outdoors.
Essentials and safety
Each home is equipped with washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans for year-round comfort. Free high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected. Safety features include smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. Guests can check in smoothly with keypad self check-in, and parking is available on site and on the street.
Neighborhood
Set within the rolling hills of Centennial, the homes are just 0.7 miles apart, close enough for shared gatherings while offering privacy when desired. From hiking nearby trails to shopping at The Streets of Southglenn or exploring downtown Denver, the retreat places you within reach of the Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall, and more. Two homes, one getaway, and all the space you need to feel at home in Colorado.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden and will result in a fine no less than $500.
All fireplaces are decorative only, and currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
