We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms are designed for restful nights after full days. The upstairs primary suite includes a king bed, boho chair, massage recliner, and large TV for unwinding in solitude. Another upstairs bedroom provides a queen bed and generous storage. On the lower level, a third bedroom offers another queen bed with all the essentials. Each room is fitted with blackout curtains and memory foam mattresses, helping you sink into deep rest.

Indoor comfort
Spread across 1,350 square feet, the duplex provides two living spaces for gathering or relaxing separately. The main living area features a bright, open layout with cozy seating and a 65-inch Smart TV, while the downstairs lounge is a more intimate spot for board games or movie nights. Guests also have access to fast WiFi and an ethernet connection, making it simple to balance leisure with remote work.

Kitchen & dining
A fully stocked kitchen awaits with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided so you can prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. Meals are shared around the marble dining table, where conversation flows easily after a day outdoors.

Bathrooms & essentials
Two full bathrooms, each with a tub and shower combination, make mornings smooth for groups. Hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shower gel are included. A washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom add convenience for longer stays.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
