Happy and comfortable

We loved our stay. Our bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. We felt like we were home and cozy. I was nervous booking with the mixed reviews but we 100% had the 5 star experience. I will stay here every time Iā€™m in Denver from now on.

The furniture in the room are getting quite tired. The pillows were so used we had to ask for new ones. But the staff was fantastic!

My wife and I came here for our 15th year anniversary with our 14-year old daughter and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were accomodating with our stay for check-in and check-out due to the weather and flight changes. We felt at home and welcomed by all staff. Despite hotel being in the process of remodeling and some heating issues, we would definitely book again here due to staff and accommodations. Jackson 5

This property is in dire need of a renovation. The spa was beyond disappointing and feels like its about 40 years old (which I believe it is). The bar, restaurant and spa are so dated. We ended up walking to the Four Seasons to enjoy their restaurant and multiple bars and wished we could've moved hotels.
