You will have private access to house and all amenities during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. For your privacy, the backyard is fenced and fully enclosed.

You can access the home any time with our secure, keyless entry. There is a secondary lockbox (just in case there you any issues with keypad entry).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: after 3:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am

* NO Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in a min. $1,000 fine.
* NO Parties/Events without prior approval. If you're unsure if your group meets this criteria, please reach out and we'll be happy to help advise.
* Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. We thank you for being courteous and respectful neighbors by keeping noise to a min. during this time. If we receive noise complaints during quiet hours, you will be subject to a $500 fine.

✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you!
✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
