  • Modern Townhome in the heart of Denver's Hottest Neighborhood (LoHi). Rooftop deck with spectacular views of Downtown; walk to the city's best hot spots! An open plan living area includes a gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, and gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Large windows bathe the space in light and create the feeling you are in a detached home. A half bath and balcony with gas grill complete the 2nd floor space. On the third floor are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and queen size beds. The fourth floor includes a spacious rooftop deck with amazing city views. A gas fire pit makes this the perfect spot to cozy up with a glass of wine all year round.
