This house has a great feel with large rooms with high ceilings, some with skylights, hardwood floors through out, all new windows, Central Air Conditioning, and a new 65" Smart TV in the Living Room, 52" Smart TV in the 3rd bedroom. The entire house is filled with original pieces of art as well of a collection of Rock n Roll Art and concert posters, pieces brought back from Mexico and travels around the world. Kitchen is a fun spot with breakfast bar seating, butcher block counters, and an exterior door that accesses the patio for dining and grilling. Great for a group of friends or family. The feel/vibe of this house puts you at ease and relaxed. It is perfect for a Vacation Rental. Its location makes it perfect for someone visiting Denver and wanting to explore downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods such as Tennyson St and Highlands, and LoHi while at the same time giving them easy access to the mountains for all the activities they provide such as skiing, hiking, wine/food festivals, and of course concerts. Easy commute from the airport as well - straight shot and one exit and one turn and your here. Honestly, the best location in town and the hottest neighborhood if a local and even better for guests wanting to know where the locals hang out, shop, eat, and drink. Foodie paradise as well as a Beer connoisseur's dream with multiple breweries. Walking distance to everything - 2 of Denver's best parks, groceries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, Golf Course. The yard is very private with a 6 foot privacy fence and a fun yard with great outdoor lighting for hanging out. Great front porch for morning coffee or lazy summer afternoons

Additional outdoor seating with plastic Adirondack chairs, two sunning chaise loungers with cushions, and a hammock. Dining area in living room with a table that seats 6 comfortably and has an additional leaf extension to accommodate 8.

Mature landscaping, planters with abundant flowers, hanging flowers, water features, turf grass, hammock, and 6 foot cedar fence enclosing the property for your privacy. Private parking in back alley next to garage on dedicated parking pad with motion detection lighting for security. Plenty of street parking out front which guests seem to prefer. The house just has a great feel/vibe and my many return guests love staying here and I know you will be happy you chose it from your many options.
Easy access to Downtown from this urban city neighborhood called Berkeley Heights/Regis and the walk-able two commercial neighborhoods spots that have bars, restaurants, shops, and the 2 large parks with lakes. Simple commute to DTC, airport, mountains, ski-resorts, Red Rocks, and Boulder. Probably the best location in Denver to be close to everything you think you want to do and will, but more so and realize quickly, it's the exact location you want to be in after a day or two and getting your bearings on the city and surroundings.
The Rock House is bordered by the Highlands neighborhood (32nd and Lowell) and the Tennyson neighborhood (44th and Tennyson) which are great neighborhoods with many restaurants, shops, and pubs if you want a more neighborhood vibe vs downtown.
There is also easy access to the I-70 expressway which is your gateway to all the best skiing in the Rocky Mountains - Loveland 55mins, Keystone 1hr, Breckenridge 1hr, Vail 1.5hr, and many more for you to choose from. Blackhawk Casinos are 1hr. All make for an easy day trip, so you can stay in Denver and not have to pay resort pricing. Easy commute up and back.
4 blocks to Willis Case Golf Course which was recently remodeled and has amazing views of the mountains and beautiful grounds, one of Denver best public courses if not the best. It also has a new restaurant and bar club house with pro shop. 3 blocks away is a Pizza restaurant, convenient store, Liquor Store, The Noshery breakfast/lunch restaurant, Gold Spot Brewery, Regis University, and Rocky Top Tavern.
Depending on what you're wanting for your vacation, the Rock House has a lot to offer! With its close proximity to Downtown Denver and everything it has to offer or the easy access to I-70 to the Mountains, the Rock House is your next destination when you're in town!

The house was great in every aspect. It’s a great location and served us well for a long golf weekend. We really enjoyed hanging out on back patio, especially the hammock!
This house had everything we needed for our short stay. Beds were very comfy and house was very clean. Loved sitting in the quaint back yard in the mornings for coffee and evenings to unwind. Would definitely stay here again!
Kevin was great even lending us chairs to tailgate at Red Rocks! The house is beautiful and well located for all of your downtown and mountain needs. Would love to stay there again!
Kevin has done an excellent job of hosting. Attention to detail in this artsy vibe home has been is an added plus. Love the lps and turntable. The outdoor patio is beautiful and so relaxing.
Loved our stay. Communication with host was excellent and the property was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Neighborhood was safe and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
The house was clean and comfortable, and the back yard was really nice (though it rained the evening we wanted to actually gather there- bad luck!) The host was great- he made everything easy and was very welcoming. I also loved the neighborhood-- not knowing Denver neighborhoods, it was a shot in the dark, but it was nice, walkable, and close to a lot of stuff. Also a great coffee shop a couple blocks away- always a plus!
This was a perfect house for the 4 of us - really nice centralized location for trips to Estes/Boulder Park, Colorado Springs, and things around Denver as well. Outside space was really nice, and everything about the house was "as advertised". It had everything we needed and suited our group perfectly!
My family of 5 adults really enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect size for us and it's in a great location. If we ever find out selves in the Denver area again, we will surely rent this house again. Kevin was great and checked in with us to see how everything was going.
Great house with a perfect location to get to most things in the Denver area. House was well provisioned so we didn't have to go track down toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, utensils, etc. Owner was quick to respond to any questions.
Quick access to I-70 and I-25. The backyard looked beautiful, but the weather changed just before we got there and it was too cold and windy to go out and enjoy.
The house was clean, comfortable and well equiped.
This was exactly how it was described! Perfect location. Red Rocks was easy 20min drive no traffic. Made an easy day trip to Colorado Springs. Beds and living area so comfy! Back yard was cute although we didn’t spend a lot of time out there. Would definitely rent again!
House is clean and well kept inside and out. Convenient to get to downtown Denver and Boulder. We had no issues parking in the friendly neighborhood. Enjoyed a couple dining places on Tennyson which is nearby. Highly recommend Post Oak BBQ.
We loved the location, close to many good restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and parks that we enjoyed on our morning walk. We also enjoyed playing the Willis Case golf course which is nearby. The beds are comfortable, and the TV is a nice size. Kevin was very attentive and responded immediately to our requests for some kitchen items. The property is well maintained and the patio is very nice. We stayed for 6 weeks visiting our 3 daughters who live near there and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kevin, for being such a great host!
Overall very well maintained and clean. Enough space for a family of 5.Great location and safe neighborhood.Only downside was being closely monitored as to what we kept the thermostat at. The back room was very hot when we got there so we turned down the thermostat to try and cool it down. We receieved a text a little while later asking why we had turned the thermostat down.
We went to a show at Red Rocks plus spent a few days exploring the Denver area. The house was in a great location, right off I70, in between downtown Denver and Red Rocks. Nice cozy neighborhood with walkable or short drive amenities. The owner, Kevin, was fantastic! Checked in on us and was available for questions about the house or recommendations about the Denver area.
