The apartment is lovely. We had an extended stay and this place had everything we needed. The host had welcome gifts for us and the style of the apartment is amazing. Huge apartment. I could live here.
I stayed here during a recent trip to Denver and absolutely loved it. The space is charming and decorated in such a unique, fun way that gives it tons of character. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — whether short or long — and it’s nestled in a beautiful neighborhood that’s great to explore. I’d definitely stay again!
It was nice to be close to National Jewish Health, since I had several appointments daily during my stay. This place was quiet had plenty of room and furnishings in a very nice neighborhood. I was glad to have a fireplace, since I was there during a very strong cold spell. There are several stairs steps going to the lower level, but it had enough windows to get daylight. I did struggle getting in and out of the narrow garage at first, but got better at it after 2 or 3 days and was so glad to have a garage for safety and no concern of where to park. The host was very nice and answered my many questions!
This was a charming, cozy, clean, comfortable place to stay in a wonderful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Denver again.
The comfy apartment is artistically decorated and has absolutely everything that I needed. It is located 3 minutes from my son's family so it was perfect. The garage was a little challenging, but backing in was easy. I will be back!
This is a perfect place to stay as a family of 4. Around the same price as a 2 bed hotel room, but you’ve got the space of an apartment. We loved our stay and would definitely do it again.
The apartment was in the perfect location for our family, close to Cherry Creek, downtown and friends. It was beautifully set up with tons of great artwork, comfortable beds, and kitchen that met all of our needs.
I stayed at this property for 4 nights while in Denver for work. It is tastefully decorated and has quite a bit of natural light for a basement space. While the check-in instructions do seem a bit daunting, I sincerely appreciate the owners dedication to safety. Having a garage was especially nice as street parking can be difficult.
Really enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed basement unit. Very comfortable beds and living room seating. All the comforts of home provided. Great location for walking to City Park, the zoo, Denver Botanic Garden, and more. The owners thoughtfully provided everything we needed for a long term stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

Went for test at Jewish hosptial. This place is close by . In a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Ken and Renee are the best host. Have to go back in no April 2025 and this is our staying place
It was very clean and well stocked with linens and paper products. Good location with several restaurants and things to do within 10-15 minutes drive. Good neighborhood. The only minor negative is since it’s a basement flat you occasionally hear people above you.
