Luxurious getaway near Olde Town Arvada

Summary:
This beautiful home is perfect for a group trip. It is spacious, with 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, dining room, bar, and an office. There is a large outdoor space with a patio and a firepit. The house is comfortable and stylish-wonderfully decorated and feels like a home away from home. We are centrally located- 3 minutes from Olde Town Arvada, 10 minutes from Golden, 15 minutes from Denver, 25 minutes from Boulder, and just over an hour from world class skiing. Enjoy Colorado with this gem!

The Neighborhood:
The house is right across the street from a large park with walking trails, covered gazebo with benches, and a playground. We are 3 minutes away from downtown Arvada with great bars, breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Only 15 minutes away from Denver.
Broncos stadium, Coors Field, Ball Arena- 15 minutes
Red Rocks- 15 minutes
Mission Ball Room- 15 minutes
Elitch Gardens Theme Park- 15 minutes

Getting Around:
There is a large 4 car driveway for parking in front of the house. There is an RTD bus stop directly outside of our house. There is a light rail station 3 minutes away at the Olde Town Arvada Station. The light rail G line is just $3.00 and will take you to downtown Union Station in Denver in 20 minutes. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

Wonderful stay! Super comfortable beds and plenty of seating spaces to spread out. The water pressure was superb. Clean, relaxing, overall a great stay. Super close to the beer garden in a nice neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We were five adults attending a six-day therapy training and this house served all our purposes - everyone in their own comfortable room, big kitchen for everyone to meal prep in. It was a convenient location as well.

Beautiful Home

We had a great stay! The house is near several of food options, trails, parks and shopping. The home is well stocked, clean and the beds are comfy. My friends and I had plenty of room to spread out but also gather to laugh and have good conversation.

In for a family event

We brought 9 adults to stay at this property. The home was exactly what we needed with plenty of space for everyone. There is a great park across the street for walks. It is close to plenty of amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to operate out of. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great home & location in Arvada

This property was great for my husband & I with our dog for nearly a month. Close to our kids & grandkids with our own space. We were able to have our other adult children visit for short stays during our trip. The location to Olde Town, restaurants, shopping, parks & highways were a great bonus. Communication with the host was excellent.

Amazing Rental

Great Location - Great House

The location was great, only 20 minutes from downtown Denver. Arvada was really nice with lots of restaurants and Olde Arvada was fun to shop and eat at. The house was great with lots of room. There was 6 of us, vacationing for a long weekend, close to the mountain towns and family in Denver. We would stay again when in Denver.

Stunning Getaway

Absolutely beautiful house! Very well kept and maintained. Great location for everything we wanted to do; concert at the Red Rocks, Denver night life, hiking the Incline, etc. Had a house full of 7 people with plenty of room to spare. Brenna was great to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!!

Family fun

We had a great stay at this location. Large park and splash pad for the kids across the street. Everything was as described and all smaller items were included, towels, paper towels, toiletries, pots, pans, etc. back yard was a little smaller than expected, but overall we had a great stay and would recommend it. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Family Life Celebration

This was the perfect place for our family to gather! We traveled to Arvada from 'North Dakota for my brother- in -law's celebration of life. Five sisters and their husbands stayed in the five bedroom house. We enjoyed the backyard visiting with family and friends. It was perfect!

We stayed here so we had a landing place between different activities/day-trips. There was a beautiful walking path right across the street from the home which provided a great view from the front window. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were nice. Water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The furniture and decor was trendy and welcoming. Some deeper cleaning wouldn't hurt. The baseboards were dirty and the light fixtures had a layer of dust. The fridge had a funky odor, but we found it and cleaned the shelf that appeared to have a crusty dairy product on it. The propane tanks for the firepit were empty but my husband is a 'gas guy' so he replaced one of them and hooked it back up. With it running, it was wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy a cool evening in Colorado.

Amazing Location in Arvada

Being this was my first time in Denver, I wanted a place that was centrally located, and this was the place. The home was clean and prepared for guests up to the tiny details, like towels on the bed for each room, extra things like toothbrushes, and things you expect in a hotel. I loved this house; it was very modern and a perfect fit for five ladies. This home was very cozy, and I almost forgot I was traveling, so much so that I baked some cookies. Lol, honestly, this was a perfect stay in an ideal location.

Great location

The house was exactly as pictured. It was a comfortable and pleasant house. The only thing that should be noted is that the two front/living rooms are a step lower than the rest of the house. I actually forgot the step was there and fell off of it. It should be noted elderly and toddlers be careful!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We had a group of 9 girls and we all slept very comfortably. The house is right across from a big park that was wonderful! In a very safe and quiet area. I would most definitely stay here again. Breanna was very easy to get in touch with and even let us check in a little early once the house was clean. Highly recommend for a family or group of people.

Easy and fast communication with owner. Beautiful house and very spacious. We enjoyed the patio in back with fire pit. Whole family fit on downstairs couch to watch movies at end of long days. Great find if large group in Arvada!!
