This is a private guest house with its own entrance located away from the main house but shares a wooden deck. Complete privacy compared to other suites connected to primary residence. Everything provided to enjoy your vacation. Includes wifi, space heater, ac, air purifier, robot vacuum/mop, kitchenette, ice maker, futon, & Google Home Hub to control the lights by voice! Walking distance to Black Rock Coffee Bar, Dutch Bros Coffee, Jimmy John's, Star Buds Dispensary, Circle K & Arby's. Bus stop is 5 mins walking! 8 minutes from Denver Tech Center, 24 minutes from Denver, 55 minutes from Colorado Springs. Free on site parking! No pets. Smoking is allowed outside. 420 Friendly.
