Featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a queen-size sleeper sofa that accommodates up to six guests, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and deck will delight you. Please note that the fireplace is currently out of order and not functional.

As a LEED Platinum home, this property embodies sustainability and environmental consciousness.

Guests can access the entire condo and amenities, including a washer/dryer. During your stay, our management team is available 24/7 to assist with any issues that may arise.

Holiday Stay

We were in town for Christmas to visit our daughter. Since our daughters place is small we decided to rent our own place for all of us. Rino loft had plenty of room for our family. It was clean and well stocked. Walkable to many restaurants and cafes. We had a car and never found it an issue to find parking close to the building. The location is great for anything around Denver. I would stay here again next time we visit for sure.

the main bedroom shower drain wasn't working. this place is a great location and bare bones for amenities but if your goal is to be in a prime RiNo location, this is the spot.

Super fun

Really great location in RiNo with so many things to do around the area. The condo was nice and clean and very well stocked. No parking kind of stinks, but if you don't have a vehicle it is not a problem. And no views of the mountains but we knew that going in. Overall, would 100% stay there again! 10/10.
