This incredible home will sleep 12 with it's 4-bedrooms, 2 living spaces, & 2 large patios. Nearby Downtown Golden, downtown Denver, hiking & more.
Equipped with 6 beds, 1 queen pull out and 2 living spaces plus ping pong table!
In addition we provide 2 driveway parking spaces, outdoor propane grill, and outdoor seating.
Exterior security on property. Dogs welcome upon approval.
Local property manager is available for emergencies.
The entire home and property is for guests use only. 2 car driveway and street parking is available.
This is a split level home with 4 steps up and 4 steps down once inside the main level.

Perfect place for family to stay for graduation weekend. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Just a few stairs up or down to bathrooms and sleeping areas so worked for our group.
Took a last minute trip to Denver for a getaway before school starts this fall. We were pleasantly pleased by this location. Super clean, spacious and easy to get to all of the places we wanted to visit. We will definitely look at staying there again in the future.
We enjoyed this home. We had a group of 12 one of the evenings of our stay, and everyone was comfortable. There are plenty of beds and couch space. Everything was exactly as stated and as shown in the pictures. It’s a lovely neighborhood, very quiet and felt safe.
Everyone was so impressed by the accommodations. The space, cleanliness, and personal toucheswete appreciated. We felt we had a lot of space to spread out. It was wonderful to have the whole family together. Thank you!
The house is roomy for a large group, we had six people. They're significant deferred maintenance on the property, for example one of the toilets didn't work properly, a kitchen drawer was hanging in the opening, The bathroom door wouldn't close, The gate to the yard is broken, the weeds are 3 and 4 ft tall all through the yard, towel bar very loose and almost hanging off the wall. There were only two washcloths in the entire home, and the ceiling fan in the back bedroom upstairs did not work. One of the key things was more of a service issue, as it was 91 in Denver when we arrived and the house was completely closed up with no cooling running. There's actually no air conditioning in the home, and there's a swamp cooler which gets fairly frigid on the upstairs and doesn't really get the cooling to the lower level where there is another bedroom and bathroom. House was absolutely stifling when we arrived. I notified the owner/manager in case he or she was not aware that the maintenance and cleaning team were not taking care of things. The answer I received was less than customer service oriented.
