This townhome is lovely and in pristine condition. It is well appointed and perfect for a family with up to 5 children. My rating has to do with experience along the way so sharing information for future guests. 1 This unit requires a 30 day minimum stay. I tried to shorten and learned the hard way. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to cancel if your plans change. In my case 48 hours wasn’t enough notice to get full refund so I owed half by the time owner responded. My shortened stay cost the full month’s rental. Ouch. 2 Owner requires meeting you in person and giving a tour before giving you the code. While I was apprehensive for my own safety reasons, owner is very kind and it was a thorough tour. 3. Your luggage and shoes are required to stay in the basement. There are signs about shoe removal. Hope this helps!
