Casa Hermosa is expertly designed to transport you into a beautiful and inspiring South American dream! The entire open concept lounge/living/kitchen/dining space is full of color and light. Casa Hermosa is equipped with everything needed to make you feel at home while being in the ideal location to enjoy all there is to enjoy in and out of the city.
~~~~~ The Living Room ~~~~~
The expertly designed living room includes a separate dining area with seating for up to 6. This is a great place to entertain if you're in town to visit family or friends. You'll find multi-device chargers, usb ports, and easily-accessed outlets throughout.
There is a smart TV that will connect easily to your phone to log into your own subscriptions and start where you left off! If you need access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, HBO “MAX”, Disney+, or AppleTV+. We do NOT have cable, but we DO have an HDMI cable if you’d rather hook up your own laptop for streaming purposes.

There are two bedrooms, each with its own premium hybrid King sized mattress, with tons of closet storage and plenty of hangers, room darkening blinds, and each room is equipped with nightstand spots for charging your devices! Each room has its own private smart TV as well. You will also find blankets and extra pillows in the hall closet. Casa Hermosa is ideal for groups of 2-6. The couch is a queen sized sleeper and we do provide full bedding and an extra luggage rack for extra comfort.

2 bathrooms attached to each bedroom for a Primary Suite experience for everyone in your group. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combo and are fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, plenty of plush premium towels and makeup towels.

From the Ninja blender to a 4 in 1 multifunctional coffee maker, this fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary gadgets and a more! Dining space includes table with 4 chairs and island counter seating for 2. There are plenty of dishes/serving ware to entertain guests as well.
~~~~~ The Laundry Space ~~~~~
There is an in-unit washer/dryer located in the hall that connects the two bedrooms. There is a garment steamer and clothes hanging area, along with laundry soap and dryer sheets to get you feeling sharp!
~~~~~ The Outdoor Space ~~~~~
Guests have access to all outdoor space and are encouraged to make use of the “Breezway Lounge”. Your private covered patio with BBQ and the necessary tools. The fire-pit will put you in a trance as you watch the sunset over the Rocky Mountains. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house but feel free to relax in the privacy of the “Breezway Lounge” where it is 420 and cigarette friendly. Please pick up after yourself and dont leave butts and remnants on the ground :)

Uber Bikes and Scooters abound to access the neighborhood excitement with ease. We also highly recommend ride sharing whenever possible. There is plenty of space for cars to park off street as well.
1, Dogs welcome: $100 per pet, per stay (non-refundable). Please clean up after your pet. 2. Long stays (30+ nights): $175/month insurance fee applies. 3. Refunds follow Airbnb’s cancellation policy and may include up to a $150 processing fee. 4. Plenty of USB-A ports provided — bring USB-C adapters if needed. 5. Exterior security cameras at the front entrance for guest safety (no indoor recording). 7. Pet fees cover shampooing of the rugs and mats, and removal of pet hair between guests. However, any extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged separately. Please clean up after your pet. 8. While we do have regular pest control, you may occasionally see or hear small animals or insects in/around the property. 9. Please reach out immediately with any issues so we can make it right No Smoking inside the property, outside only.. If you choose to smoke outside, please ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of safely in the ashtray provided or in the outside garbage can. Cigarettes should never be left in the patio or disposed of inside the house.
