Getting Here
Our townhouse is conveniently located in the North City Park neighborhood of Denver, just minutes from downtown and major attractions.
From Denver International Airport (DIA)
- Take Peña Blvd to I-70 West
- Follow I-70 W for about 12 miles
- Take Exit 276A for Colorado Blvd
- Turn left (south) onto Colorado Blvd
- Continue for about 1.5 miles
- Turn right onto M.L.K. Jr Blvd
- Turn left onto Madison St
- Take an immediate right on E 31st Ave
- Take an immediate left on Wilson Court
- Our townhouse complex will be on your left
- **Travel time:** Approximately 30-35 minutes (longer during rush hour)
From Downtown Denver
- Turn right onto 22nd St
- Turn left onto Stout St
- Continue onto E 31st Ave
- Turn right onto Madison St
- Take an immediate right on E 31st Ave
- Take an immediate left on Wilson Court
- Our townhouse complex will be on your left
- **Travel time:** Approximately 10-14 minutes
Finding Our Unit
Once you've arrived at the complex:
1. Look for the mailbox to the left of the main driveway entrance (street).
2. The building to the left of the main (street) driveway should be addressed 3038 Wilson Court (1-7).
3. Follow the walkway next to the mailbox into the complex, and our townhouse is the 5th unit on your right-hand side (Unit #5) the unit number is etched into the frost on the front door in big lettering.
Parking
Please find available parking on the street. Be sure to be aware of any parking restrictions. There is a street cleaning once a month (April through November) that may restrict parking from 8AM to 5PM on a selected day. Overnight parking is always available. Please do not park in the driveway (in front of garage) to avoid towing and fines
