The location of the property was great for the Coors tour, Red Rock's concert, and downtown Golden. The accommodations are very nice and comfortable. I had a great time.

The perfect little spot!

This little apartment was great for our stay in Golden! While we didn’t spend much time there aside from sleeping, it had everything we needed while we were there and was comfortable for 2 people. The location was perfect for us! A very short walk to the shops and restaurants downtown and an easy drive to Red Rocks Amp for the concert we were going to!

We absolutely loved it! We didn’t even need a rental car. Literally a block from everything. We walked everywhere as it was so close. It’s the perfect location. The perfect little unit and clean. Had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay there again. You would love it!

The property was adorable. Perfect space for the two of us and close to red rocks. Downtown Golden was a couple of blocks away so we didn't need to drive for meals.

This location was perfect! It was walking distance to downtown Golden and all of the restaurants and shops. The apartment was very modern and clean and fit the 3 of us really well. It had all the amenities that we needed for a short weekend trip. We would definitely come back if we were to visit Golden again.

Darling downtown apartment

We loved this darling downtown apartment. It was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. The layout of this second floor apartment is perfect for maximizing the space. Proximity to downtown allowed for walk ability to everything downtown golden has to offer. The view of south table mountain is amazing I will definitely try to stay here again.

Quaint Escape!

This was the perfect quaint escape for my husband and I. Perfect distance to explore lookout mountain, Indian hot springs and venture into Denver! We loved walking around downtown golden and dipping our toes in at Clear Creek! The owners were so welcoming and responsive. We had no issues and the space had everything we needed. Would stay again and recommend to others looking for a great getaway close to so many experiences for all ages and interests.

Great Location Near Downtown Golden

Intimate, clean, and close proximity to many of the great restaurants, breweries, and shopping in downtown Golden. Short drive to Red Rocks, which is a must see. This property is on the second floor of an older home and has a fairly narrow and steep set of stairs, so be aware if you have anyone in your party with physical limitations. Parking is street parking only, which only became an issue a couple of times during our stay.

Nice little place. Close to everything

This was a little small for my 17 yr old son and I, but the place was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay while checking out campus. Grocery was close-by and we could've walked to pretty much everywhere we needed. Max, the host, communicated regularly throughout our arrival and departure and responded immediately when I reached out to him with questions. Would recommend this for a solo traveler or couple looking for something within walking distance to town and access to all the cool stuff to the west.

Little piece of heaven.

This is our 2nd time staying at this little tiny house it’s perfect for my husband and I it’s a perfect location. My husband and I go to visit in the fall for the Colorado school of Mines 🏈 football games. We found this little gem and fell in love with it. The owner is very responsive and would highly recommend your stay here pardon me doesn’t wanna leave this review so I can keep this hidden for myself however, I wanted to let you know this is perfect if you want to spend time in Golden or near the Coors factory.

Overall our trip was positive. The location is fantastic, short walking distance to everything in downtown Golden. The Apt. was nice and clean. The apt is an older house that has has had the attic space remodeled into an apt. So the apt. sits over the main house and it can get a little noisy when there are people in the main house below. Also there is quite a lot of street noise. Overall not a bad stay. Probably better suited for a younger single occupant.
