This beautiful dream home on the 25 acres property next to Meyer Ranch Park features 3 bedrooms, big office room on the main floor with bathroom, total 5 bathrooms, 4 beds and 2 folding couches, 5 smart TVs, theater, gas fireplace, 4 balconies from 3 bedrooms and large balcony from family room. Back driveway/patio with outdoor kitchen - BBQ Grill, brand new Hot tub and outdoor kitchen with furniture. Beautiful turf area with gazebo for games and meditation or just to get relaxed with kids playground surrounded by dense forest views and wooded backyard. Monogram stainless-steel appliances, big island with seating area, fully equipped gourmet chefs' kitchen, free Wi-Fi, 2 laundry rooms (upstairs/downstairs). Family room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms located above 2400 sq.ft. Garage/play room Office with bathroom on lower level. Guests will have full access to the property and garage/game room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. There were plenty of activities at the house that made it fun for both kids and adults, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. Belated wedding reception/mini weekend getaway

Property was amazing!! The owner really made the stay seamless and was so easy to talk to. Event space is perfect and allowed our event to be exactly what we wanted. Definitely recommend!!

The home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen appliances A. This was a perfect location for a wedding and the most beautiful time of the year with the Aspen trees showing off. We had about 12 days of Colorado in the fall.

Exceptional Getaway with Wonderful Amenities!

Our stay at this beautiful home was fantastic! The house is spacious and thoughtfully designed with plenty of group areas, making it perfect for our large gathering. The variety of activities available kept everyone entertained and the fire pit was a huge hit. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped vacation home with fantastic amenities and a genuinely great atmosphere.

Loved this place. The views inside and outside were amazing. They put a lot of time and thought into building this home. The entertainment garage room was by far our favorite. Next time im in denver we are renting this place again.

My friends and I had a great stay at this home. It was spotless when we arrived and exactly as pictured. The host was very responsive and took excellent care of us. Would 100% stay there again if I was in the area. Comfy beds, linens and towels were fluffy and clean. The house is well kept, and the kitchen is a DREAM to use.

Home away from home

This cabin felt like home away from home…possibly the best review possible for a rental. Our whole family (ages 3 months to 53 years) enjoyed our stay. The home has all the amenities you could need. The garage (converted to a game room) is also well equipped. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Stay and Excellent Service

My wife literally said this was the best VRBO she has ever stayed. There was absolutely nothing missed as far as comfort. There was a grocery store less than a mile away so the location is perfect. Lots of privacy and endless activities for the kids. Natalya was very communicative leading up to the stay and made sure everything was in order. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Reserved this home for my hubbys bday. This place deserves 10/10. House was beautiful, my favorite part was the kitchen!! I think I spent most of my time in there. Plenty of towels, garage was huge the kids enjoyed playing in there. We had a great experience we will definitely book for next year!

Dreamy Mountain Getaway

We had our wedding at Dandy Ranch on March 16th right after a HUGE snow storm. It was absolutely magical. Plenty of luxury space for all my guests to enjoy. The beds are Extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are rooms fantasies are fulfilled in. Nataylia is a Wonderful host and was incredibly helpful and on top of everything we needed. We will definitely rent this house again for future Gatherings. 5++Stars!

Amazing Stay

The house was really clean and comfortable. Every room had its own bathroom which made it really nice for our big group. Natalya was wonderful and checked in to see if we needed anything. She was very responsive to text messages. There were more than enough towels and Natalya had makeup wipes, q tips, cotton balls, hair dyers and many more things for us. We would definitely come back!

Amazing Mountain Property

Dandy’s Ranch is truly a one of a kind property. It’s close enough to the city to be convenient but with beautiful Mountain View’s and far enough away for peaceful quiet. The large heated garage is perfect for medium to large get togethers with plenty of games/activities to keep everyone entertained. We played cornhole, billiards, ping pong and foosball everyday! To cap it all off, the hot tub was the cherry on top! We will definitely be back for another visit soon! Troy R.

Road Trip from Missouri to Beautiful Morrison, Co.

First and foremost, the "Dandy Ranch" is just beautiful. So clean and accommodating. Each and every room has a unique cozy feel. The decor of each room and bathroom is just breathtaking. One of my favorites was the beautiful open concept kitchen with a view overlooking the valley ... "Spectacular"! Another was the massive, oversized heated game room where we had many Ping Pong and Billiard tournaments. We spent the majority of the time there, icing on the cake being the Super Bowl WIN for the KC Chiefs! IT WAS THE BEST!!!! We had such a good time...I would highly recommend this Ranch; We will certainly be back! :) Thank you!

Six stars for sure! Best venue, accommodations, and event EVER!

Absolutely stellar venue to have our wedding, as well as a 60th birthday party in the same weekend. The hosts are wonderful to communicate with, answering many questions as we planned for 40 guests. This property is appointed exquisitely. Very flexible and FUN event space, we used two different configurations on back to back nights. The house contained everything we needed. Guests were blown away by the quality of the upstairs living space; and for those of us fortunate enough to stay there, it was the ultimate experience for sure! We will be back. It’s a bit like a five-star hotel disguised as a ranch. Caterers were very impressed too! We felt like we were deep in the mountains but just a 20 minute drive up the canyon from Denver. And the property owners who manage it— they too were absolutely superb! Unforgettable for us and all our guests!

Great location, beautiful home, excellent host

We stayed at Natalya’s home in Morrison, CO for a family wedding in Evergreen, CO. The location was perfect - the couple live in Littleton, so we were right between their house for rehearsal and the venue. Rooms are large and with plenty of space and privacy. The downstairs game room was Huge, and we wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities of the home. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to make dinner with your group - we did steak and potatoes one night (propane grill downstairs) and made lasagna another. The hot tub was really, really wonderful. It was pretty cool while we were there, and that was a fun treat. It was also nice to see the hot tub cleaning crew there making sure it was nice and clean for us when we arrived - they do this between each stay. Lots of refrigerator space. Very close to an easy to moderate trail (less than half a mile). We also ran up and down the long driveway the day of the wedding to get some quick exercise in (down and back up was just over 4 tenths of a mile). Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Two washer and dryers made for lighter packing since we could wash our clothes if needed. The home is beautiful. Bathrooms are large and luxurious. Kitchen is incredible. A lot of thought has been put into providing things you may need when away from home. We will absolutely be back when we visit CO again.

I can't recommend Dandy's Ranch enough! We rented the property for our wedding, and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, which made planning from out of state much easier.Natalya was an outstanding host. She was incredibly accommodating, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the entire process stress-free.The ranch was the perfect setting for our wedding, and our guests loved staying there. If you're looking for a beautiful venue, Dandy's Ranch is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

This was an absolutely perfect place to host our wedding! A nice mix of DIY to keep costs down but also Natalya offered many additional rentals which was nice to have on site. Bathrooms were available for our guests to use in the garage which was an added bonus! Overall so amazing we heard nothing but great things from our guests!

We hosted a bachelorette over the weekend and we were nothing short of amazed on how beautiful this property was! Natalya was very professional and helpful and responded very quick when we had questions! Can’t recommend enough! We will definitely be back for another stay!
