Cozy Little Stay

We love this little spot for our annual dog show adventure. It cannot be any more conveniently located and the space is just perfect for what we need! So happy they continie to have us back!

Simple and Clean Accommodations

Host was proactive in communicating about accessing the space and answered quickly when we were trying to locate the house (a little confusing since the driveway was full and the house number was hard to locate). The space itself was super clean and the neighborhood was easily accessible from the Denver airport.

Good place for the price

It’s small and comfortable. Great for dropping off to sleep and get ready on your trip. If you’re doing a lot and going to be out and about this place is perfect place to stay.

Nice alternative to hotel for one night

We stayed here mainly to be relatively close to the airport but not in a hotel for a single night. The place was as promised. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. Bed was comfortable.

Quick overnight stay

We drove in during the night after a long 9 hour roadtrip. This was the perfect reprieve! Great communication with the host, cute quiet and safe neighborhood, and the house was very clean and quiet. We were only there for the night, the spot is a bit small but was perfect for a quick stay for the 2 of us! Would definitely stay again!

Close and convenient to airport. Would suggest for foldable luggage tables that could be optional to set up in closet, just bc I have bad knees. Overall, very nice accommodations. Would recommend and would return if in need.

Friendly and convenient!

My best friend and I shared this 1 bed 1 bath property for a few days and it was perfect! Quiet neighborhood with nearby liquor stores, 7-11 and Dutch Bros. Host was friendly and easy to contact. She even mailed me my forgotten items after checkout! 100% would stay here again.

Super Friendly and Gorgeous Location

I very much enjoyed the stay, and the hostess was super kind, which was very appreciated. She even added on an extra day to my stay when I realized that I had messed up my train ticket. I'd recommend this location to anyone needing a place to stay for a short period of time. It IS only 3 rooms, but it is still very efficient.

Lovely Little Spot

This is a return visit to this location. I absolutely cannot say enough good things. I come in for a dog show over a weekend each year. It is in a convenient, safe location. The place is clean, comfortable and affordable! I will absolutely reccomend this place, as well as always stay again when I'm in the area.

perfect for what we needed

We just needed a comfy room with a bathroom, frig and have it be clean. Was our son's 50th birthday and this property was perfect for us, in distance, in location, in quiet. Even to have a place to play pickleball with friendly people! As older guests, we so appreciated the comfort, quiet, clean atmosphere. Thank you Amber, perfect host!

Nice stay close to the airport

The host is fantastic and the property is in a nice neighborhood close to airport access. I will say that the sound proofing between the two habitation spaces is limited, so you can hear the neighbors fairly well. Also note that this is one bed without much room for anything else. It works great for a single or a couple, especially if you need to get to the airport quickly, but may not be a great space for anyone not wanting to share a bed.

Quiet, clean place and neighborhood; Total privacy

The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". The place itself is a bedroom, a bathroom and a foyer that doubles as the kitchenette with the microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. The closet in the bedroom is roomy enough to store your suitcases if you desire and there is also a dresser to store your folded clothes.Our stay was comfortable and uneventful. We would definitely recommend this place, and it is very close to a lot of places in Denver.

Exactly what it says

This is exactly what it says: one bedroom and a bathroom, with a small entry that has a microwave and a small frig. The bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for spacious, however, or a place to sit and study, this is not the place unless you want to sit on the bed. It was perfect for our needs - because we were gone most of the day and just needed a place to sleep. I would highly recommend this for the people who need just what we did! The owner was VERY easy to work with, and made an extra effort to be sure the path was salted (winter), and it was super clean. So impressed.

Denver Vacation

I am so pleased with my stay! I had the opportunity to meet our host who were the most congenial people. The property was exactly as described except for the location which was not actually in Commerce City but just a bit North and West. Other than adding just a *few* minutes (5 or so min.) of drive time into the city, I would "HIGHLY" recommend this property to all looking for privacy, cleanliness and comfort! Great neighborhood, easy in and out! I would definitely book this home again!!!! Loved it - THANK YOU sooo much!.
