What an amazing place to stay. It was so quiet, so comfortable, so easy to relax. It’s a cozy house that works perfectly for a small group and a couple dogs.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Kittredge. We were in town for a wedding at the Evergreen Lake House and it was very close by so a perfect location for that. The owners are very nice and responded when we sent them notes. There are several close by small restaurants in Evergreen and the BBQ close to the home was really good. Overall a great stay for us.

Great laid back spot!

Very nice property in the middle of a quaint mountain town. We were able to cool down from a long weekend by relaxing out on the deck and the very comfortable living room. The quietness of the area can not be overstated, at night you can’t hear anything at all.

Quiet, Comfortable Home

I was in town with a friend for the Triple Bypass bike ride and this home was perfect for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is well-appointed and maintained. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. It was a great experience.

Wonderful place to stay

Excellent communication and very clean. Plenty of towels...even a hair dryer which I wasn't expecting. Nice views from the vantage point of the hot tub, but it was a bit to cold for us to try it out. We'll look to return when it's warmer, but this is a wonderful getaway from the city that is close yet feels remote.

Wonderful village outside of Evergreen

My husband and I had a really nice time staying here. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the stay. She kept everything stocked so if you forgot anything at all she had you covered. Also throughly enjoyed the variety of coffee that was provided as well as snacks! The beds were super comfortable and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Overall a great experience staying here and I would absolutely come back! Thank you Kayla!

Well located for activities in and around Evergreen

Wish there was a visible house number (suggest on fence) to locate property; Great, accommodating hosts; Location served our needs for a family wedding happening in Evergreen; Sleep sofa was what you'd expect from such, but beds were very comfortable; Kitchen and laundry were well supplied and functioning; Figuring out how to operate the fancy shower controls took some effort but once understood worked well; Unique ceiling fan was topic of conversation and functioned well.

Short and sweet

The home is very nice, and access to the property was easy. My husband and I, and a friend attended a comedy show at Red Rocks Amphitheater, and this home was fairly close to our show. The house was perfect for our short stay. The house was advertised as pet friendly and this appealed to us, as we travel with a small dog. The back yard was big, but not enclosed, and we had to supervise the dog outside because the yard is not enclosed, and opens into neighbors' yards, so it was not ideal for our needs, however, it's a great home, lovely furnishings, very accommodating and modern.

Quick and Easy

We only stayed two nights, got in late the first night and gone all day the next. Close to everything in the area which is nice. Lots of remodels going on in the neighborhood, some nice places and some old sketchy places. Felt safe though. Place was fine, just had to stick fans in all the windows to cool it off. Easy in and out. Brought our dog and let him into the fenced area only to find out a few minutes later that we had a downstairs neighbor with a dog in the same yard. No incident, just thought we could have used a heads up about that.

This was perfect for our needs and our host could not have been more helpful and accommodating would absolutely stay here again only reason for four stars is that it's dog friendly unless a tiny bit lived in beds were phenomenally comfortable shower was the bomb.
