Situated in the neighborhood of Northglenn, this convenient location allows for easy access to all major highways; 15-20 min to downtown Denver, 25 min to Boulder or hop on I70 towards the mountains.

As you walk in the door of this single family home, the main floor presents with original hardwood floors, new furnishings and a fully equipped, updated kitchen (with standard pots, pans and cooking utensils), granite countertops, dishwasher, and a round kitchen table for eating. The living room has a 55” Smart TV available with Netflix, hulu, amazon, and high-speed WiFi. As you walk down the hall, you'll find 1 full bathroom (tub/shower, sink vanity and toilet) and 3 rooms; 1 king and 2 queen size beds. As you descend the stairs to the basement level, the flow of the home continues with updated flooring throughout each room; a utility room with washer and dryer, 2 additional bedrooms (2 queens), 1 full bathroom and a spacious living room with another 55' TV, space for dining, foosball table and an area to work from home equipped with a desk and chair. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with area rugs and original artwork & photography by both of the owners. The rooms have ample closet space, luggage racks, dressers, night stands with lights and charging cords/ports, fresh sheets and towels. The house has heat and AC and ceiling fans. The back yard + patio has a fenced in yard, patio furniture, and grill.

House access will be through the front door with keyless entry. Codes will be provided close to the arrival date for worry-free check in.

Great place!

Really enjoyed our stay! House is clean and decorated well. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. Host was extremely accommodating and prompt with communication. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Denver.

Great location, Adorable house

The house and location worked great for my trip out west. It was easy to get up/over to Boulder to see my daughter run a half marathon and a hop skip away to 70 for a day in Breckenridge. The house is adorable! The layout was perfect and met our needs. Supper clean which is a huge factor for me. I cannot wait for my next trip out west!

Quiet Neighborhood w/ Great Highway Access

Loved this little immaculate and updated house. It’s in a very quiet and well-kept neighborhood. Although there is a tenant in the lower level, we were never aware of their presence. Everything was clean and peaceful. Easy highway access as well - we found we could get anywhere in the Denver metro without much trouble. Lauren went the extra mile for us! We would love to stay here again.

Golf weekend in Denver

We rented this property for 3 nights for a golf trip with a group of friends. The main issue we had was at check in. The key pad on the door was dead and then we could not get the property owner/manager on the phone right away. (To be fair it was 10 pm when we were trying to get in). I am sure they got the issue with the keypad corrected. Other than that it is as advertised. Updated and clean. We would stay here again if we had a need in the Denver area.

The check-in process was easy. When you walk in there is a cute little desk with a binder that has useful information and suggestions for the surrounding areas. Loved it. We went to a few places on the list. The house was comfortable and decorated well. It wasn't as clean/sanitized as I would have hoped. There was one full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has all the essentials. The hosts responded quickly when I brought up any issue/complaint. This stay was great. We weren't to far from Denver and there were a lot of convention places in the surrounding areas. The neighborhood was quiet and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Very clean and quiet

This place was very easy to find in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had easy access to I-25, as well as nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The house was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely consider this house for future visits to the Denver area.
