  • Nestled in a safe, quaint neighborhood in Denver, this main-floor area of the house offers a peaceful retreat for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can refresh in the bathroom, which includes a bathtub/shower, a hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner/soap for convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a coffee maker. There is a living room with a large-screen TV, a dining area, a mudroom with a washer/dryer, and an inviting outdoor patio in a beautiful yard. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, making every season enjoyable. Walk to South Pearl Street’s cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and farmers market, or explore nearby Wash Park (1/2 mile away). Easy access to downtown and DU, and 2 blocks from the light rail, make this the perfect home base for relaxing or discovering Denver. I live in the house, but will NOT be there at all, so you have everything but my bedroom, office & bathroom to use. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply enjoying some quiet time, this house provides a welcoming atmosphere. I hope you'll enjoy your stay at my house.
