It was a great place to stay -- close to downtown by uber, good lobby store, rooms in good shape, regular housekeeping, and a bar/restaurant on site. also seemed to rent cars from there, which is helpful, though i didn't use this service

Upon arrival staff was sort of rude, room doors are hard to open, breakfast supposed to be from 6-9 by 6:40am they were out of everything, so if you're planning to eat breakfast there either arrive at 6am o'clock or wait until they refill everything again, because I'm assuming they do refill the breakfast bar... overall the place it's ok 3.5 out of 5 stars!

This is a bare bones long term stay hotel. You need to pay extra for plates, utensils, pans. No extras. Had plans to stay 3 weeks while waiting to close on a home. Only stayed one week.

First of all there was 150.00 deposit.....the hotel takes a copy of your credit card.....the room was outdated and dirty.....the a/c does not work. The front desk staff are rude. The only higlight was checking out.

Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. Also located in a terrible part of the city. Checked in at 11pm and we were running out of there by 1AM with three children because we found a bed bug! Staff didn’t look very surprised either.

Don’t stay here.

The food in the restaurant was terrible. The free breakfast was awful. The cleaning woman threw out a bag that was sitting next to the trash can which contained souvenirs which we can never replace. The hotel didn’t seem to care or offer to replace the souvenirs .

The property is not close to anything! The key to the room wouldnt work kept havin to go down to the front desk so they could remagnatize the key. Maid folded and replaced a wet towel. "Clean" washcloth was visibly dirty with what appeared to be a feces stain.

Nice staff BUT: No power upon arrival so had to walk up 6 DARK flights of stairs (aren’t stairway emergency lights a code requirement???); no TV, cold shower. Room needed refresh (dirty ceiling, chipped paint on door trim, broken toilet seat, carpet stretched out of floor strip, crumbled tub floor seal). Grungy neighborhood. Breakfast in morning was the saving grace!

This place should be condemned. There’s no way patched up walls or a practically detached sink is within codes of safety or standards. There’s more unfortunately. The smell of heavy urine in the hallway and plenty of pet hair imbedded into the bedding. (I don’t have a pet). The constant congregation of people seemed to be homeless, outside in front of the hotel smoking.

You get what you pay for.

AC didn’t work hardly at all, most likely due to a filter that looked like it hasn’t been changed in well over a year and had no more airflow going through it. Luckily the window to the room fully opened and we were able to get cool air in the room at night. Room was “serviced” the first day and dirty towels were not swapped, had to ask the front desk for new towels and the new towels we received were clearly stained with brown spots all over them. Breakfast was mediocre at best, kind of think we were served prior days leftovers.

Pictures show this place as pretty decent...in person says another story! I've never paid the price I did for such a dirty, run down place. Vents were filthy, mold growing on the ceiling, black hairs stuck on the ceiling above the shower, shower head had mold on it, floors were sticky. Some plug ins didn't work, no plug ins by the end table between the beds. When we first checked in they tried putting us on the 8th floor. We walked into the room and was immediately greeted by a nasty, musty smell like it had been sitting for months. They moved us to the 2nd floor, smell was a little better but the room itself was run down and gross, we spent as little time there as possible. Barking dogs, loud people etc that the front office didn't seem to care about. We travel to Denver often and will never stay here again. I attached a few pictures of the filth. The entire room was like this.

The hotel was run down, the light bulb was hanging from the lamp, the legs were broken off the chair so it was sitting on the floor, the mattress was caved in the middle. The key only worked once in a while and the security person told me to “lick the card, it helps it work better”
