Good place to stay

I really can’t complain. I think they are working on doing some updating, which will take time. Room was clean, sheets were clean. Breakfast wasn’t bad! The restaurant in the lobby is amazing. Front desk staff were all very friendly. The only frustrating thing were the elevators, very slow. But still worked 🤗 would stay here again.

The room was good needs some attention the door was extremely difficult to get in at times and the bathroom the bathtub and shower to be exact were broken at the knob making it hard to adjust the water. Even though the Hotel has a no smoking policy it was extremely lax on marijauna be smoked in the elevators in the hallways and lobby area. The shuttle service and front desk were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again when in Denver

Loved the friendly team of staff!! Comfy bed & nice clean linens. I had cold showers most days (tried morning & evening), plugged up sink drane, & most definitely need to clean their carpets in the rooms. They looked nice…but felt ‘gummy’ in bare feet…& that means lots of traffic & no cleaning for some time. Breakfast could use a few gluten free options.

Nice staff BUT: No power upon arrival so had to walk up 6 DARK flights of stairs (aren’t stairway emergency lights a code requirement???); no TV, cold shower. Room needed refresh (dirty ceiling, chipped paint on door trim, broken toilet seat, carpet stretched out of floor strip, crumbled tub floor seal). Grungy neighborhood. Breakfast in morning was the saving grace!

Will definitely return!

Best bed I’ve slept on in 2 weeks! Pillows were great, shower hot and extras appreciated. Didn’t get to take advantage of breakfast, so can’t rate that. Only problem was the heating/cooling system. When we arrived, it was turned off and the room was freezing. Turned on the system, and the fan was extremely loud and rattling. We attempted to turn the fan to low, adjust the temperature, and everything else we could think of, but nothing changed the fan noise. We ended up just turning it off and hoping that it didn’t get too cold during the night. We didn’t report it because we were leaving to go out, and couldn’t wait for a maintenance person.

Save yourselves.

Our flight was delayed so we didn’t check in until 1am. We got our keys and opened the door to a man sleeping in the bed with his clothes everywhere. We told the front desk staff, who didn’t seem surprised or angry in the least, didn’t apologize, and admitted that it was probably just a squatter because nobody else should’ve been in that room. So we were given another room on the 7th floor, the entire hallway and elevator smelled like smoke and the security lock on our door was broken. We finally got into bed after 2am. At 2:30 a group of guys walked up the hallway yelling and found their way to the room right next to ours where they continued to fight with one another and call each other the n word. So at 3am we went back downstairs, handed our keys back and were asked “are you checking out” with a wink, like we were renting the room by the hour. No, we were checking out because we’ve never felt more unsafe in a hotel room, ever. We had to get another room at a hotel across the street after 3am. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

The hotel was run down, the light bulb was hanging from the lamp, the legs were broken off the chair so it was sitting on the floor, the mattress was caved in the middle. The key only worked once in a while and the security person told me to “lick the card, it helps it work better”

Ok hotel not so friendly staff

The hotel was just OK. Location was good, close to everything but not right in the middle of it all. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the same thing for all 4 days, the staff was not friendly, wouldn’t even answer when greeted with a “good morning” from us.

Great location to downtown Denver

Love the location of this hotel. Easy access to downtown Denver. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always nice to have after a late concert or game night!

Someof the staff was not very friendly. The driver was amazing and very outgoing. Hotel was clean quiet bartender was great and friendly. I was treated like I was stealing towels. And I also did not like the fact of being charged 25 for a early check in we had a room booked for two day and the last was leaving 3:15 am so my time their was so why am I not credited for leaving early as too be chgarged early check in
