Charming Washington Park Getaway

Superbly located, basement guest-suite in a classic 1920's bungalow with rare features: high ceilings (7ft), walk-in closets, full-size kitchen, fireplace, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and fastest WiFi Denver has to offer.

Private patio oasis with gas grill and 6 foot fences to relax in the Colorado sunshine. Landscaping and Snow Removal Services will be provided during your stay. Your private entrance, one parking spot, and taxi/delivery drop-off are through the alley behind the house. Easily accessible by car (parking spot provided), train (Louisiana/Pearl stop), and bus (#12 Downing).

We allow up to two well-behaved dogs with completion of the pet fee.

The entrance opens to an updated, well appointed kitchen with seating for 8 and coffee, tea, and staples.

Living room has a large flat screen TV.

Bedroom 1 has a comfy king size bed with a desk, gas fireplace and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen size bed with a desk and walk-in closet.

Bathroom has a large mirror, two sinks, and fully enclosed shower.

The Wash Park neighborhood has delicious restaurants, hip bars, and a family-friendly atmosphere. I was in Colorado for a funeral and wanted a quiet place for me and my son. This was a perfect spot!The space was clean and we were near beautiful Wash Park, close to stores, restaurants and I-25. Beth was responsive and quick to accommodate any requests or needs I had. I would highly recommend this place! had.

This place was in the perfect location for visiting my daughter at Denver University and visiting other local attractions. The space was clean and comfortable and best of all came with a parking spot. The owner was very clear with communication and expectations for the stay. I really enjoyed staying here. The space was wonderfully clean, organized, and comfortable. Beth was a great host with clear communication, while not being intrusive. The nearby park was a great place to go to and see people. The location was also really accessible to the rest of Denver. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting the Denver area.

If you want to be close to all Denver has to do, this is th e place to stay! Washington park an awesome place to relax and have fun ! Really enjoyed the apartment, nicely furnished and comfortable. Maybe just a little too cool with the A/C. Overall, I would stay here again. Great place!

Very nicely renovated space with 2 bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable with modern appliances etc. We were very comfortable over the Christmas week while visiting with my kids and granddaughter and extremely conveniently located.

This property is a hidden gem. Located right across the street from Wash Park, in an amazingly remodeled basement with 2 sizeable rooms, a spacious bathroom, a full kitchen, and comfortable sitting area. The location is really centrally located to Denver so getting places is really convenient. If you are looking for a quiet, hidden gem with a Central location that is clean, comfortable and safe … this is an awesome choice.

location was perfect; house was clean and well furnished with a nice patio to use. The owner was very responsive and accessible to contact. Downside: lower floor rental and the upstairs tenants were very noisy the entire time which negatively impacted our stay.

The house is adorable, just like the pictures show. It is right across the street from a beautiful park and only a 10-15 minute drive from anything in downtown Denver. The property is managed by a property management company, and they sent many emails (to an annoying and unnecessary degree) weeks before our stay. However, once we got to the property and needed their help, they were great. The house is well stocked with what you need. Overall, we had a really nice time staying at this property.

This unit was advertised as a bungalow but it was rather a basement. The inside was very warm, we couldn’t adjust temp. only by opening the windows. I think overpriced for the standard. Thank you
