This is our personal home (so yes, we really care about it and hope you will too!) and you’ll have the whole space to yourselves: 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 full baths, a bonus office space, and a cozy couch.

This home is in a vibrant, walkable urban neighborhood steps from bars, restaurants, and downtown attractions. As with any lively city setting, some noise and activity come with the territory. If you're looking for a quieter, more suburban vibe, you may prefer accommodations a bit further from the city center.
You'll have the entire home with a self-check-in door code.
Please note that guests do not have access to the locked storage closets inside the home, the garage, or the basement. There’s plenty of free 2 hour street parking, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available if you prefer to get around without a car.

A free 1-hour early check-in may be available if our cleaners finish early—we’ll message you directly if so.
For additional early check-in or late check-out (if available), we charge $15 per hour to cover scheduling and admin time. Please request in advance.
No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.
A $500 fee will be charged for violations, as it requires deep cleaning and airing out the space.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
Unauthorized events will result in immediate removal and a fine.
Guest Limit
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Please contact us if you'd like to have someone over—pre-approval is required.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please respect our neighbors and help keep the community peaceful.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Trash
Please dispose of all trash in the trash cans marked 979 in the alley behind the home.
Damage or Maintenance Issues
Accidents happen! Please let us know ASAP if anything breaks or isn’t working—we’d much rather fix it quickly than find out after your stay.
Before You Leave
We’d really appreciate it if you could:
Start a load of towels if you have time (Not required, but always appreciated)
Clean dishes used (load and start the dishwasher)
Lock up all doors and windows when you leave.
