Adorable Two-Bedroom Carriage House with Patio

Our carriage house is a welcoming, two-bedroom guest home located in central Denver. We are less than 1 1/2 miles from LoHi, beloved Tennyson Street, and the neighborhood gem of Highlands Square. It's a 10-minute cab ride to Lower Downtown.

The space provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably; work/study effectively; and/or just kick-back, relax, and enjoy what Denver and Colorado have to offer. You'll have the entire space to youself including a private, flagstone patio.

The Sunnyside neighborhood is close to downtown and offers easy access to both I-70 and I-25. You’ll be conveniently located to what Denver has to offer. Amble to one of the many neighborhood coffee houses, restaurants, bars, or shops or take a quick cab ride downtown. Hop on the interstate and be in the foothills in 20 minutes.

And then come back and enjoy your home-away-from-home. Pick a vinyl record from our collection. Bask in one of Denver’s 300 days of sunshine with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail-of-choice on your flagstone patio.

Work effectively with 1 gig fiber.

Unwind watching one of your favorite TV shows or movie on the wall-mounted 50-inch Smart TV. You’re welcome to use our Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts or sign into one of your own.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee, tea, and all the cooking essentials you'll need if you want to cook a meal. We also have a full-size washer/dryer that you’re welcome to use.

You’ll get a good night’s sleep in one of the three cozy beds and be ready for the next day of fun and adventure.

Additional small-person guests are permitted beyond the four-person limit (e.g., a family of five) - just message me for details. We offer a high-chair, pack-n-play, and a kids’ size air mattress upon request.

Very nice two-bedroom place. It was clean, quiet and well equipped. The decor was very nice. There were several good restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend this Loft.

A little hard to find, but once we did we enjoyed it! Very comfortable for 2-3 people. Great location for our Red Rock concert! Also not to difficult to access the airport! Very good communication with the manager/owner!

Great place in Denver.

This was such a great place to stay. Beautiful carriage house loft. Close to downtown Denver. Quiet. Comfortable. A very, very well stock kitchen. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at this great VRBO. We loved our stay. And Denver is a wonderful city. We hope to visit again.

Lovely "home away from home"

This carriage house loft was perfect for our 9-day stay in Denver! The host, Angie, offered fantastic communication before and during our stay. The apartment is clean and fully stocked with useful appliances, cooking items, and toiletries and the "home manual" is chock-full of helpful information about the propery, processes, and the surrounding area.It's in a great location for day trips to Colorado Springs, Estes Park/RMNP, Red Rocks, and other locations, plus it's convenient to attractions in Denver.Thank you to Angie for providing part of our wonderful Denver vacation!

This was an amazing rental for me and my two sons. It had everything we could have needed, and a washer and dryer on site, which was so helpful being that we were on the last leg of our vacation. Angie wrote us a personalized note welcoming us, and she was very responsive. Highly, highly recommend, and the location was safe and convenient.

Angie’s place was perfect for our stay in Denver! It was conveniently located to everything we needed! Glorious blizzard stay !

We stopped for an unwinding evening and night in a Denver Colorado on our way to Salt Lake City Utah,we were pleasantly surprised by a short snow blizzard passing through the area couldn't have felt cozier or safer! Great experience

My family traveled to CO for a softball tournament. We enjoyed our stayed in carriage. It was clean, very inviting, and we listen to the vinyl records almost every night. The only slight challenge is having enough room to put our clothes in. I wish it had a dresser or drawers to store my daughter’s clothes. Other than that it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The host was awesome.

Parking is different - but a nice safe neighborhood - would stay again

We loved our stay! It’s a stunning cottage over the owners garage. Everything was so clean and nice. Parking looks like it would be in front of the garage doors but those are for the owners. You’ll park down the street on a cross street at the end of an alley or on their street on the other side of the block. Since I had a car full of family items I inherited from my family back home and was driving it 2000 miles, I was concerned for the safety of my belongings but after arranging parking in front of their house and walking back around the block I could see it’s a nice neighborhood and I felt secure. The overall experience was great. If you’re a light sleeper and want to sleep in a bit, I’d say sleep in the bedroom with the blue floral wall and desk as it’s not right above the garage doors. I would stay here again if I was going thru Denver.

Absolute Perfection!

This carriage house is absolutely CHARMING! Angie thought of every detail from the decor to kitchen supplies to self care. We went for walks in the neighborhood, hunkered down during a snow storm, and took advantage of local attractions. There is just not one thing I can think of that would improve this property and our experience all around. Well done, Angie…well done..!

Loved it! Will stay again!

It was quiet, clean, and had all the necessities, plus more! Excellent. It was nice having a private space and knowing that our footsteps were not bothering anyone. The parking directions to the Loft may seem complicated at first, but they weren’t. It was easy. The host had a wonderful gluten free restaurant suggestion, since I’m gluten free. We went to the Wildlife Refuge, Denver Art Museum (twice, it’s big), Snowboarding, Cross Country Skiing, visited family that lives in Denver, looked at neighborhoods to live in…and ate delicious meals. It was a great time.

Perfect spot!

Came to CO to see a show at Red Rocks and visit with our daughter who lives here. Great access to hiking, Coors Field, Red Rocks Park, and great restaurants. This space is super cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Denver. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was comfortable and centrally located between Downtown Denver and Golden. Not a lot within walking distance. But if you plan on doing day trips great for exploring.
