Please note our home does not have central AC, but there are four window AC units, which make the home very comfortable.
🌟🌟 KITCHEN🌟🌟 The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook like a pro, from cookware and bakeware to stylish dishware. Start your mornings with the drip or Keurig coffee maker, complete with a generous supply of complimentary coffee grinds (bring your own K-Cups). The basement features a small kitchenette, but please note the fridge is locked off, and the dishwasher is not operational.
LOW CEILING: The basement has low-hanging pipes with a clearance of less than 6’3”. Guests taller than this should take care when moving around the basement area.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Cameras monitor the front door, back door, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.
Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

House was clean and beautiful. We loved the location to all we wanted to do. Sloan lake was beautiful and close by. Communication was easy and the house fit our 7 people easily. No AC so best to be there in winter or mild weather like we were.
Great location and very clean. The backyard was so fun with yard games and an amazing hot tub. The beds are memory foam, very thick and comfy, but made it hard to turn over. There is a motion detector outside that would make a noise inside the house that was very active because the wind was blowing. We also had an issue with a noise detector that assumed we were having a party that was caused from the wind. We were awakened at 2am by texts and phone calls. The management apologized but I hope something is done to determine if the noise is actually a disruption to the neighbors or the wind.
